How do I sign up for the rewards program?

Signing up is easy! Download our app, create an account, and you’re all set to start earning points. You can also sign up in-store by providing your email or phone number.

What rewards can I earn with my points?

You can redeem your points for a variety of rewards, including discounts, free menu items, and exclusive offers. Check the rewards section in the app to see what's available and start redeeming!

How can I check my points balance?

You can check your points balance anytime in the Goodness Bowls app under the rewards section. Your balance will also be displayed on your receipt when you make a purchase in-store.

Do my points expire?  
Yes, points expire after 12 months of inactivity. Make sure to keep visiting us and enjoying your Goodness Bowls favorites to keep your points active!

Can I earn points on every purchase?
Yes, you earn points on nearly all purchases made in-store and through the app. However, gift card purchases and some promotions may be excluded.
